Additional Rules

1. No Smoking Indoors : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
2. No Parties or Events Without Prior Approval : Hosting parties or events is not allowed unless previously agreed upon.
3. Quiet Hours : Please maintain low noise levels from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the peace and privacy of the neighborhood.

4. Maximum Guests : The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

5. Pet Policy : Pets are not allowed.

6. Pool Usage : No diving is allowed. Please supervise children at all times.

7. Energy Conservation : Please turn off lights, air conditioners, and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

8. Damage or Loss : Any damages or loss of items during your stay will be charged accordingly. Please notify us immediately of any incidents.

9. Respect for Property and Staff : • Please treat the property and all amenities with care. • Our staff is here to assist you; kindly respect their work and schedules.

       An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. The location was unbeatable—everything we wanted was right at our doorstep. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, always attentive, warm, and genuinely accommodating. The space was immaculately clean throughout our visit, thoughtfully equipped with lovely amenities, and the view was simply breathtaking. It’s rare to find a place that gets every detail right, but this one truly did. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to return!

     Amazing! The height of luxury. Huge. Photos don’t do it justice. So luxurious and big. The whole place is incredibly high end. There are 3 staff on site in day and 1 at night. All were truly lovely. The villa is quiet and isolated. I’ll stay again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for luxury really don’t hesitate booking this place. Bathrooms are amazing. The master shower could fit 10 people lolThe pool is amazing with stunning views.

     One of Airbnb’s example where the photos and reality match exactly. Really beautiful, luxury house. Staff were excellent. Location is brilliant. 5 mins away from most of the good bars / restaurants / best massage spots. Absolutely LOVED it - will likely go again!

     Had a wonderful time at House of Sea Breeze. The host has been very responsive to any questions/concerns, while the whole team on the ground headed by Finta was kind, very proactive and attentive to any requests we had. Everything was extremely smooth; from check-in, daily housekeeping, laundry and other extra services. The villa’s amenities were perfect and allowed us to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable moment, where we felt right at home. Highly recommended for any group wishing to spend a nice moment in beautiful, calm and upscale environment.

     We had an amazing stay at the villa. The view was truly beautiful, the pool was lovely and very child-friendly, and the interior was stunning with great facilities. The staff were incredibly kind – a huge thank you to Finta and the whole crew. They responded immediately to all our requests and were extremely helpful.

     Una elección mas que acertada, espero poder volver pronto. La casa es nueva, recientemente estrenada y es aun mejor que en las fotos, todo lujo de detalles, buena ubicación, buenas vistas, tiene todo lo que puedes desear y el personal muy simpatico y dispuesto a ayudar en todo para hacer tu estancia lo mas agradable posible. Panji siempre disponible y muy resolutivo, cada cosa que le consultamos contestaba al minuto y en seguida nos hacia llegar lo que pedíamos o su personal hacia lo que necesitáramos. Por poner una pega, en el salon no hay AC y a veces hace un poco de calor, pero es algo típico en Bali ya que se estilan los salones abiertos.El mejor sitio para disfrutar de Bali.

       I spent three nights here and it was nothing short of exceptional, a perfect blend of tropical luxury and coastal comfort. The property is stunning, capturing a sophisticated tropical atmosphere. My bedroom was incredible with a private jacuzzi in the master suite, which made for such a relaxing retreat, it also features a beautiful pool area all set against a breathtaking view of the southern Uluwatu ocean. The facilities are top-tier. I thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped gym, followed by some downtime in the massage room and sauna. It’s rare to find such comprehensive amenities that are maintained to such a high standard. Beyond the facilities, the team here truly deserves a special mention; the staff were super friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my entire stay.

     It's really good tobe back here in this Villa after long trip..We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The property is stunning, with four luxurious and spacious bedrooms that made us feel right at home. My daughter especially loved spending time in the beautiful pool — it was a highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and keeping the villa spotless with daily cleaning.The bed incredibly comfortable than other Villa we stayed in Bali 👌🏻(so i guess this is the highlight!) The location was great — just a short motorcycle ride to plenty of amazing restaurants, so we were spoiled for choice when dining out. It was also very close to the beaches, which was perfect for my husband’s surfing sessions. For the comfort, service, location, and quality we received, it’s definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waking up to peaceful ocean views, green golf fields, and the soft hum of distant planes made every moment magical. The villa is beautifully designed, super private, and ideal for couples. The private pool, cozy bedroom, and sunset balcony set the perfect mood. Quiet, intimate, and just a short drive from the el kabron. We left feeling recharged, connected, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for couples seeking peace and romance in Bali.

     🌴 House of Seabreeze – Uluwatu’s Hidden Gem ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect spot for slow living! Waking up to panoramic views of the ocean, golf course, and even the airport runway in the distance was surreal. Super peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. Private pool, cozy bedroom, full kitchen, and an amazing balcony for sunset chills. Staff were friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind, reset, and enjoy the serene side of Bali.
